Description: PAE is at the momment seeking for Nurse - RN - PRN/Casual right now, this position will be placed in Missouri. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please read the description below. Overview:
DS2 is looking for qualified professional Registered Nurses to join our customer site in Kansas City, MO on a PRN/Casual basis. Individual would be required to work under the direct supervision of the Area Nurse Manager and/or Nurse Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will provide coverage for the staff when they take days off or attend meetings/conferences and may also provide client support for outreach work such as flu shot clinics and health promotion exhibits.
Triage and treat employee illnesses and injuries.
Respond ! to medical emergencies.
Physical assessments, exams and dr! ug testing (BAT or UDS).
Phlebotomy and administration of medications, immunizations and vaccinations.
Medical Surveillance including EKG’s, Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT’s), Spirometry, Hearing and Vision Testing.
Deliver Health and Wellness Programs including B/P and Cholesterol Screenings as well as Flu Shots.
Other appropriate clinical/nursing duties when required.
Qualifications:
Current RN License
CPR/AED certification
One (1) year experience in Occupational/Employee Health or related experience such as Public/Community/Correctional health, Outpatient Clinic, School Nursing, or Physician Office Nursing
Basic computer skills
