Qualifications : Missouri RN licensure, CPR certification and a minimum of 3-5 yea! rs of clinical nursing experience and at least 2 years supervi! sory experience is required. Experience working in an ambulatory, practice or community health setting is strongly preferred. Qualified candidates must be capable of working in a fast-paced clinical environment, able to handle several tasks and multiple priorities. Excellent assessment and triage skills, strong interpersonal, customer service organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must demonstrate cultural competence working with a diverse patient population. Bilingual skills preferred.
