Description Identify the physical, social, and emotional health needs of individuals and families through systematic assessment, utilization of profe! ssional skills, health history, physical evaluations, laboratory and other diagnostic tools.Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. BSN required, Masters preferred.-Must have a minimum of three years of Nurse Practitioner Experience.
