Under delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse, assesses and plans for direct patient care within the Riverways In-Home program. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care. Responsible and ! accountable to know and understand OMC’s Vision, Mission, Values and Standards.
Required Experience:Must be:
Able to follow directions
Able to Communicate with nursing and other team members
Flexible in scheduling and assignments
Able to prioritize responsibilities
Able to have some understanding of fiscal responsibility in provision of patient care and scheduling
21 years of age
1 year experience with the direct care of the elderly, disabled, or infirm or 3 years experience with the care of the elderly, disabled or infirm
Required Education:
Minimum graduate of an accredited LPN school
Missouri LPN License
