Your Challenge:
Represent Philips and manage the relationship with customers. Create, develop, and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of the buying organization. Work with cross-functional teams internally (service, support, education, legal etc) to satisfy customer needs. Achieve targets for orders and revenue within assigned modalities. Your Responsibi! lities:
Delivering Results

  • Meet or e! xceed financial targets including but not limited to order intake, revenue recognition, product mix, POS agreements and average PR.
  • Develop, maintain, and build sales funnel on a weekly basis across all products, and in all departments of all customers, per Philips established metrics.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly order intake volume and revenue.
  • Identify and execute a focused territory management plan to drive profitable market share growth in all product modalities.
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategy in Philips installed base including expanding Philips market share in that account.
  • Develop and execute a competitive displacement strategy within key accounts
  • Develop multi-year strategic deals.
Customer Satisfaction and Support

  • Negotiate solutions and close deals by reaching agreements with customers and emphasizing total value of Philips.
  • Demonstrate superior in! dustry knowledge on market trends, product and current Philips product portfolio and uses this knowledge to his/her advantage.
  • Act as primary customer relationship manager for all Philips interactions in assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization, and, for key customers in large territories, primarily with key practitioners and c-level executives
  • Understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a consultative manner customer needs.

Your Profile:
  • Depending on territory size, 1 to 8+ years of successful outside capital equipment medical sales experience
  • Extensive experience in sales, clinical/nursing, technical/biomedical engineering or information technology.
  • Previous experience selling to hospital customers in the posted geography.
  • Proven track record of consistent top sales performance.
  • Candidates will be asked to provide documentation of past sales performance.
  • Experience calling at all levels within hospitals including CXO, administration, nursing, biomedical engineering, information technology, purchasing/materials management, etc.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Physical Requirements & Working Condition

  • Overnight travel, primarily d! ependent on geography of territory.
  • Ability to transport equip! ment to and from customer sites as needed (ability to lift 50 lbs.)
  • Subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions
