We think you will, too.The Acute Clinical Coordinator provides professional nursing care and coordination of services provided in various licensed acute hospitals and sub-acute facilities. These hospitals have contracted DaVita to provide dialysis and other services to patients under the license of the acute facility. Excel as the superior nurse, mentor and clinical expert you are-and have a dramatic impact on the lives of our patients and their families. In this vital role, you act as team leader, supervising and administering direct patient care, communicating with the Acute Program Office to coordinate and organize assignments as well as patient treatment plans.
