The purpose of the Call Center Nurse is to provide education and support to individuals regarding assigned therapeutic areas, to serve as a resource for associates who triage inbound calls! , to record data necessary to patient support, and to manage programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Receives and makes calls to individuals regarding assigned disease states
Supports patients through education and setting of proper expectations of treatment
Documents all calls to meet requirements of management and regulatory compliance
Works on special projects as required
Qualifications:
Education required: Registered Nurse (BSN or RN); valid nursing license in Missouri
Years of experience required: 2 years nursing experience combined with at least 3 years of other clinical experience.
Specific type of experience required: Computer literacy and good keyboard skills
Position will be filled commensurate with experience.
