SUMMARY:
Interventional Pain Management Services LLC in St. Louis seeks a qualified Nurse Practitioner to practice indep! endently and in collaboration with other healthcare providers to provide pain management services. You will be responsible for evaluating, making recommendations, co-managing, and treating patient's medical needs. This position will assist with interventional procedures and see patients individually. Office hours are Monday â€" Friday with rotation for any weekend calls.
Qualified candidates should have the following:
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Previous experience in pain management preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel within the greater St. Louis, MO area between multiple offices
- Nurse Practitioner currently licensed in the state(s) where practicing.
- Superior communication skills.
- Maintain good interpersonal relations with other healthcare personnel and maintain professional conduct at all times
- Broad ! base of technical knowledge and skills needed to perform all a! ssigned clinical/administrative and academic duties.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in health care management
- Must be a licensed driver with 24-hour access to a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
- Demonstrates an ability to collaborate with/ direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information.
- Collaborate with team to ensure completion and documentation of appropriate core measures and quality indicators
- Keep up-to-date on relevant medical research, technology, and related issues by attending continuing education courses and professional meetings, reading journals, etc.
- Maintain appropriate Licensures and Certifications.
- Practice within the Scope of Practice as determined by each indi! vidual's state Nurse Practice Act as determined by the individual State Board of Nursing.
