SUMMARY
Responsible for operations, oversight, training, communications and process improvement in assigne! d Community Care offices. Supervise Branch Director of assigned offices. Accountable for the achievement of goals of each, assigned office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following; however other duties may be assigned:
Responsible for quality of client care in assigned unit(s).
Responsible for adherence to Federal, State, local and program rules and regulations, and company policies, procedures and processes.
Develops and maintains an atmosphere within the unit(s) which will enable the staff to operate most efficiently and effectively.
Responsible for development of management staff.
Responsible for assigned unit(s) personnel functions, including the monitoring of hiring, training, supervision, evaluation and termination.
Responsible for unit growth and productivity.
Coordinates the fiscal management of assigned unit(s), including budget preparation and implementation o! f cost control measures.
Promotes positive community ! public relations, including customer service satisfaction.
Maintains confidentiality of all client information
Performs administrative functions only.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS:
Experience and Skills : At least one year experience in health service a! dministrative. Experience in Community Care Programs preferred.
Other Requirements: Travel required.
