Description
The Nu! rsing Assistant individualizes and modifies care according the patient’s needs. The Nursing Assistant assists in the patient’s care, anticipating patient/family needs in a proactive fashion. The Nursing Assistant collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care. The Nursing Assistant provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN.
