Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings. Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction. Creates an inclusive, supportive and respectful environment in which everyone can fully contribute to the organization. Assist the Clinical Director with development and implementation of clinical protocols. Selects trains/orients and supervises departmental personnel. Coordinates work assignment and daily operations. Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided. Works with clinical team to coordinate workflow and cooperation between departments. Backup for nursing coverage as needed. Responsible for daily management and workflo! w of the Plaza Clinic. Provides quality control through period! ic inspections. Responsible for performance reviews of Plaza Clinical staff. Assist with development of patient education materials. Responsible for quality assurance issues and maintains appropriate inspections and logs. Responsible for monitoring, through appropriate quality assurance methods, that patients are receiving appropriate levels of care. Direct supervisory responsibilities for clinical staff at the Plaza location. Assist with clinical staff training as directed.
Requirements Educational and/or licensing requirements: RN required Licensed in Missouri and Kansas BCLS/ACLS certified Experience required for the position: Minimum of three years of acute care nursing Previous cardiac nursing experience preferred Minimum of three years clinic management experience Apply Here
