Manages and develops programs and services for patients of the Center
Assures ! effective and efficient care for patients and families in both inpatient and ambulatory settings, serving as a clinical resource for the education, research and consultation needs of the healthcare team
Promotes high quality care through evidence based interventions and is responsible for effective communication with patients, families, care providers, and community providers
Tracks and reports process and outcome data regularly to Kernicterus Center providers and staff, comparing performance with internal and external benchmarks
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree - BSN
3-4 years experience
1or more years experience in clinical trials and/or in health related research discipline preferred
Current Professional Nursing License in Missouri -And- Kansas
Specialty Certification preferred
Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) SOCRA -OR- Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC or Clinical Research Associate (CRA) preferred
Effective use of personal and professional computer software for patient care documentation, reports, etc.
