Reliant Care Rehabilitative Services is a leading provider of physical, occupational and speech-language pathology services. Specializing in geriatric therapy management, we employ experienced clinicians who utilize an evidence-based approach to treatment and a compassionate approach to the delivery of care. We provide therapy management services to a variety of settings which include: skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, assisted and independent living facilities, and adult day health centers. Due to our continued double-digit growth percentage over each of the past 5 years, we are seeking aggressive, career-minded individuals who are looking for a position with unlimited growth potential in the health care industry.
- The candidate must exhibit the ability to:
- Self-generate new opportunities, and evaluate and pursue potential new clients in the assigned geographic area.
- Articulate the value of the services provided by our organization to prospective clients.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns and materials to support company growth.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with potential new clients.
- Attend trade shows and conferences of behalf of Reliant Care Rehabilitative Services and travel to meet with prospective clients as needed.
- Compose and prepare correspondence, agendas, written reports and presentation materials.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and leverage those relationships to obtain new leads.
- Ensure follow-up with new clients after passing to operations management
- Complete other tasks as assigned to further growth of the organization.
- * Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- *Ability to adapt and prioritize, effectively manage time, problem solve and multi-task
- *Outgoing personality that is capable of leading meetings, defending priorities and delivering effective presentations
- *Exceptional ability to assess, analyze and address needs of prospective clients while clearly establishing the value of our organizations services
- * Exemplary customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to work within an established team AND work independently with minimal supervision
- *Ability to travel as needed
Salary range: salary is negotiable but includes a generous base salary and a commission/incentive bonus program.
