The Nurse Executive works with clinical leaders and management at current and potential healthcare organizations conveying Ce! rner's vision such that they understand the benefits of adopti! ng Cerner solutions.
- Relationship responsibilities include engaging on opportunities with client executives and clinicians, and having interactions with key influencers, clinical leaders, and executive decision makers on the value of the Cerner offerings. The Nurse Executive will be an integral team player focused on gaining physician executive sponsorship of our solutions. Additionally, the Nurse Executive will be responsible for developing and sustaining strong relationships with our client clinical leaders.
- Responsible for messaging our solution value proposition to the clinical community through events, publication authorship, and public speaking.
- Business strategy responsibilities include working with the broader Premier Focus leadership team on future direction and development that specifically ties to generating new business and revenue to grow the organization value of the Cerner offerings.
Mi! nimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a clinical program, at an accredited academic institution, whose graduates are eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training
- Have not been censured or forced to relinquish their license due to impropriety
- Master's degree (MSN, MBA, etc.) and/or certification in related fields
- Five-ten years of practice as a licensed clinician preferably with experience providing care in a clinically automated environment
- Minimum of two years experience as a clinical leader
- Ability to travel 50-80%
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO
