Job Description:
This KAL position also covers Tulsa, Oklahoma and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Responsible for management of select Institutional and Community accounts, facilitating a one-team approach for all key stakeholders.
Responsible for effectively communicating appropriate technical, therapeutic, disease state and product information to promote the use of sanofi-aventis products, in order to achieve annual sales and profit objectives for their defined geographic area, via the development, maintenance, and enhancement of key customer relationships.

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies, address and counter competitive activities against company products, and conduct sales calls to oncologists, nurses, fellows and other key customers consistent with company compliance policies, applicable law and guidance from ! U.S. Legal Department.
  • Responsible for coordination o! f resources such as sales, marketing, access and reimbursement, medical affairs and operations within key accounts.
  • Understand the access landscape, establish / expand medical and/or pharmacy coverage, and facilitate pull through with Pharmacy Directors, Clinical Pharmacists and other key customers.
  • Deep knowledge of hospital organizational practices including formulary management, provider contracting, utilization review, clinical practice standard development and pharmaceutical product review.
  • In coordination with marketing, develop pre-launch, launch and post launch strategies to optimize use of Sanofi Oncology products within accounts consistent with company compliance policies, applicable law and guidance from U.S. Legal Department.
  • Capitalize on promotional and educational opportunities in fellowship and residency programs.
  • Act as primary contact for key speakers within account; including speaker identification, on-site tra! ining re-validation, slide review, feedback and overall customer support.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to partner with key patient support stakeholders within the accounts, to include Patient Counselors, Patient Navigators, and Survivorship Programs.
  • Responsible for addressing coding, billing and reimbursement issues through direct engagement with key stakeholders and/or coordination of Access and Reimbursement Managers resources.
  • Serve as the key liaison to the account for all commercial-related activity to include pricing, delivery, returns, and other supply issues for Sanofi Oncology portfolio.

Requirements:
o Minimum 3 years oncology experience selling chemotherapeutic pharmaceuticals.
o Experience selling in a highly clinical environment, leveraging relationships to impact business and utilizing medical, marketing and account management effectively with a proven record of positive results.
