As a transport architect we offer our customers door-to-door intermodal solutions for a wide range of dry-bulk, liquid and packed products. We operate a fleet of 3.500 specialized trailers, containers and chassis.
Our customer list includes renowned global players in the chemical, food, agricultural and consumer good industry.
We are currently looking for a Transport coordinator in our branch in Helsinki (Finland).
Your challenge:
You are the contact person for our internal and external customers. Your positive attitude reflects on our service providers and your colleagues, both at home and abroad.
You have experience with shipping, container logistics, European transports and supplying services for the process industry. With respect for our quality standards, you plan the intermodal transport needs of our clients accurately and proactively. Naturally, you always offer the best possible service.
You solve problems before they arise and are performance orientated.
Your talents:
- You are a team player, and you are capable of making your own decisions
- As a dynamic, flexible and enterprising personality, you are fascinated by the planning and organizing of transports and the following up of our container fleet
- You are a problem-solver, always looking for the best outcome
- You think quickly and logically, creatively if necessary
- You are decisive and not afraid to work under pressure
- You have a good common sense and an interest in the sector
- You are administratively accurate and tidy
- You speak fluent Finnish and have excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Swedish, German or Lithuanian is a plus
- You are a profound user of MS office tools, knowledge of Sharepoint, and transport related ERP tools is a plus.
