Employer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help with daily work, including ticket creation via email, chat support, phone calls and handling the IT helpdesk. Inbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to customer requests.
  • Validate customer information in a timely manner.
  • Obtain customer account and product information.
  • Proactively provide products and services to customers, such as new offers or other information.
  • Reach out to customers that have not engaged with the company for a period of time to re-engage them.
  • Handle customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.
  • Maintain supervisor and client relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
