Employer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help with daily work, including ticket creation via email, chat support, phone calls and handling the IT helpdesk. Inbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and respond to customer requests.
- Validate customer information in a timely manner.
- Obtain customer account and product information.
- Proactively provide products and services to customers, such as new offers or other information.
- Reach out to customers that have not engaged with the company for a period of time to re-engage them.
- Handle customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain supervisor and client relationships.
