- Responsible for post-sale customer inquiries.
- Able to learn and solve customers’ requests, troubles, and difficulties.
- Communicate with hosts and increase customers’ satisfactory rate.
- Assist hosts to maintain, operate and clean their houses, if needed.
- Patient and able to mitigate issues.
- Discover new opportunities to sell and refer to BD department.
Requirement:
- Two or more years of experience on customer service related jobs.
- Creative, passionate on traveling, work hard, and love to assist and help others.
- Great team player with ability and passion to develop relationships with others.
- Great planner, detail and goal oriented.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese. Able to communicate and read in English.
