Job Summary
Compassionate Nursing Services is the top rated private-duty agency in the St. Louis area. Our team includes highly skilled caregivers, CNAs, RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare providers. We have PRN, full-time, and part-time positions available for all shifts. Presently, we have an increased need for skilled caregivers with full-time availability and willingness to work 8 and 12 hour shifts, though all are encouraged to apply!
Wages range from $10.50/hr to $12/hr to start for caregivers (1 and 2 hour visits pay higher wages). For registered nurses and LPNs, wages range from $21.00 to $28.00 per hour or more.

Job Type: Full-time, part-time, PRN available
Salary: $10.50 to $12.00 /hour
LPNs/RNs: $21-$28/hour
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality, compassionate care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other caregivers to contribute to and implement evolving care plans and
- Assist with daily living activities, including assistant with every-day tasks
- Provide support to family members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience and/or education in caregiving, nursing, or other medical field
- Compassionate and caring demeanor, ability to build rapport with clients, while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prefer applicants with high level of skill and experience , e.g, experience caring for patients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, M.S., ALS, and Parkinson's; ability to assist in transfers using devices such as gait belts, Hoyer Lifts, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
Caregivers must have at least one year of experience. Some amount of education is preferred. Preference will be given to those with the most experience and skill, i.e., the ability to lead with compassion, while possessing a high level of skill and the ability to take on complex cases. Presently, we are also seeking a significant number of CNAs., thought consideration will be given to all qualified applicants.
