Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients under the guidance and in collaboration with an intensivist or his/her designee. Responsible for implementing strategies to meet the clinical, educational and research goals of the department and medical center. Also responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the values of the SSM Health Care System and principles of CQI.
Requirements include:
- Advanced Practice Nurse licensed in the state of Missouri.
- Master's degree required or completion of Master's degree program within 12 months of being hired.
- 2-5 years in acute care preferred.
- Solid competencies in assessment, interpersonal, and critical thinking.
- Cultivate professional growth and development.
- CPR and BLS also required.
