Patient Care Tech - ER
Location: Osage Beach Missouri
Description: Lake Regional is at the momment seeking for Patient Care Tech - ER right now, this position will be placed in Missouri. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. The Patient Care Tech (PCT) takes exceptional care of people by providing multi-skilled direct patient care procedures, examinations, treatments and comfort measures under the direction and supervision of the Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse or other Healthcare Professional. The PCT communicates effectively and completes general, indirect patient care tasked as assigned.
The PCT performs all responsibilities/duties/skills required by the unit as defined in the scope of service, to assure that the unique nature of the patient is addressed.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Current CNA Certification, LPN willing to work as a Tech or be willing to complete 60 hours for Patient Care Tech Training.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Basic Computer/Keyboarding skills
- This position is PRN days 3pm-9am with required weekends and holiday coverage.
